These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anderson Cleaning website and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking a clean, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or our services.

About us

Anderson Cleaning is a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in Ottawa, Ontario, providing residential and commercial cleaning across the National Capital Region. We are insured and bonded.

Quotes and booking

Any prices, estimates, or quotes we provide are based on the information you give us and are not binding until we confirm your booking. The final price may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of the work differs from what was described. A booking is confirmed once we agree on a date, time, and scope with you.

Access and scheduling

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property or is turned away on arrival, the visit may be treated as a cancellation. Please let us know about pets, alarms, parking, or anything that affects access ahead of time.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a clean so we can offer the slot to other clients. Contact us by phone or email as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Our commitment

We stand behind our work. If something wasn't cleaned to the standard you expected, let us know and we'll work with you to make it right. Because every home and situation is different, we review each concern individually.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, based on the confirmed price for your service. We'll always confirm the amount with you before the work begins.

Liability

We take care in every home and carry insurance for added peace of mind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. Please secure or set aside fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before a visit and tell us about surfaces that need special care.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
